Week 2. So week two was a very different week in life, but I felt like I really settled in with the Invisalign this week. I had to wear the same aligner this week as last week, but my speech has been so much better and generally they were much more comfortable throughout the day and on putting the aligner in after cleaning.

Many dentists and orthodontists recommend them during Invisalign treatment. When you put your trays in you'll want to chew on them for 5-10 minutes. Invisalign recommends that you do this several times a day and especially before bed. What this does is pushes the trays up against your teeth more tightly.

Having attachments on all of my teeth was hard to get used to and I felt a little self conscious, but I quickly realized that the attachments really are not as noticeable as I think (see my Instagram 'Invisalign' Highlights of me showing attachments with my trays on vs. not).

When your first scan is created, Invisalign sends you a 3D simulation of your treatment and shows how they will move in real-time each week so you can see the progress (photos attached below).
